PLACING AN ORDER To place an order you can visit the Online Boutique or contact us using the Contact Form on the Contact Page, stating the item name and size required.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
The following payment types are accepted:
MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Amex and Solo via PayPal.
DELIVERY:
All orders are despatched within 14 working days from order confirmation and sent via Recordered Delivery.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS
Postage and packing charges are £5.00 within the UK and sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. For orders outside the UK, postage and packaging cost will be handled on an individual basis based on location.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOOD
If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified via email within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.
Should we require the return of goods, we reserve the right to specify the method of return. Discretion is used to either replace the goods or issue you with a Credit Note.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in a saleable condition within 7 days with your receipt for a BARÜCH credit note or an exchange.
Returns will not be accepted without prior arrangement with us. Please also be aware that Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned items.
SIZING
In order to ensure your BARÜCH clothes fit you correctly, it is advised that you take your measurements with a tape measure wearing underwear only. BUST: Measure across the fullest part of the bust and across shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the natural waistline just above the navel. HIPS: Measure approximately 20cm below your natural waistline at fullest part
